How do you ship online orders?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are delivered via Sendle (courier) or Australia Post. Orders should arrive to you within 3-5 days, depending on your location.

You will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia post or Sendle first and quote the tracking number we have provided.

Should this fail, please contact Sissa Sorella via email hello@sissasorella.com and we will assist you in locating your parcel.
Sissa Sorella will not be held liable for stolen or lost parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

How long does delivery take with Australia?
It depends on where you are located. Orders are processed and dispatched in our store every business day (from orders the day before) and will take 3-7 business days to arrive via courier or Australia post. Delivery tracking will be provided in your confirmation email.

How long does International delivery take?
We don't currently deliver internationally - we're working on it!

Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes, you can collect your order from our store. Please check your paperwork to ensure you collect from the correct store. Please enter the store details in the Shipping address when you checkout.

Do you have a click and collect service?
Yes, we do offer a Click & Collect service from our Deakin store. Please select your preferred pick up in the Shipping address when you checkout.

How do I check my Shipping Times
You will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched so you can check it independently. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia post or Sendle first and quote the tracking number we have provided. Should this fail, please contact Sissa Sorella via email hello@sissasorella.com and we will assist you in locating your parcel.

What is the returns and exchange policy.

Can I exchange earrings?
Unfortunately, we do not accept earring returns due to health and hygiene guidelines.

Who do I contact for a damaged item?
Sissa Sorella will repair, exchange, credit or refund if an item is deemed faulty or defective. Before an item can be deemed faulty it must be assessed in-store or online by Sissa Sorella. If you would like to have your item assessed online please contact Sissa Sorella by email (hello@sissasorella.com.au) with sufficient photos of the fault and your online order number. If you don’t contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product with photo evidence we can’t assure that the damage didn’t occur in your possession, and Sissa Sorella will be unable to process your return. To have your item assessed in store, please visit the store within 48 hours of receiving your parcel where it will be refunded, exchanged or accepted for repair.
If your item is deemed with a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue does not amount to a major fault Sissa Sorella will have the item repaired for you. This returns policy corresponds with consumer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I know if you have stock of an item?
If a product on the website has ADD TO CART, then that product is is in stock. Please check the description for the location of that item if you would like to collect it from the store

How do I find the availability of an item in your stores?
If a product on the website has ADD TO CART available, then that product is in stock. Please check the description for the location of that item if you would like to collect it from the store, otherwise if you are unsure please call one of our stores to double check if the product is in stock in your size.

How will I know where to come and try on clothes or shoes if they are not in both stores?
We have clearly marked all the products online with the store they are displayed in - Check the product description or contact our stores if you are unsure.

When do you get new stock?
We are continually introducing new styles throughout the year.

Can I get a discount on a particular item?
No, unless the item is on sale we do not offer discounts for one off items. You could always join our loyalty program where you will receive rewards and gifts for shopping with us.

Can I purchase over the phone?
Yes, please call your closest store to place your order.

What payment options do you provide?
You can pay via credit card, American Express, paypal and Afterpay on our website. We also accept cash in our stores.

I am in between sizes. How do I know what to purchase?
All items on our website have a sizing guide and we have included size observations for each shoe as well. We are always happy to measure up an individual item to give you peace of mind and check your fit.  Please reach out to our team members in store to help you before purchasing.

Where are your products manufactured?
Sissa Sorella has sourced brands from Australia and around the world. Many of our shoes come from Europe, where they are well known for their design and quality of production, some are not available in any other retailers in Australia. We are very proud to be representing these brands in Australia and the ACT. We try to source Australian designed clothing collections where possible to support Australian small designers.

Are all your products consciously produced?
We work with many brands that are committed to environmental and human rights and this is something that we also focus on when selecting our collections each season. Many of the brands that we work with are small family businesses and we have personally visited their designers and factories, met the teams and know them very well and are proud to be representing them in Australia.

Do you repair shoes or handbags or other products?

We have close relationships with local tailors and an excellent cobbler, contact our stores for more information.  We also offer a drop off service at our Deakin store where you can leave your damaged/faulty shoes or bags and the cobbler will collect, repair and return to the Deakin store.  You need to set up an account with the cobbler or fill in your information when you arrive in store.  Please make sure your shoes are in a bag with your name on them.  The Cobbler's website details for registering your item is www.jhaythecobbler.com.au
