Sissa Sorella Mother's Day Styling, Shopping & Photography Experience - Competition Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The promoter of this competition is Sissa Sorella Holdings Pty Ltd, Canberra ACT.
  2. The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on Friday 24th of April 2026 and closes at 7:00pm AEST on Wednesday 7 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  3. Entry is open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory (or able to travel to the ACT to redeem the prize - at your own expense) and aged 18 years and over. Both the nominator and the nominated person must be ACT residents (or able to travel to the ACT to redeem the prize - at your own expense) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  4. To enter, participants must complete the online nomination form in full, including a written submission nominating a special woman in their life and explaining why she deserves to win the prize.
  5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  6. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sissa Sorella and any campaign partner businesses are not eligible to enter.
  7. Sissa Sorella reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable at its sole discretion. Entries that reference or involve any person connected to the judging panel or partner businesses may also be disqualified.
  8. The winner will be selected by a judging panel comprising representatives of the partner businesses involved in the campaign. The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. This competition is a game of skill. The winner will be selected based on the merit of their written nomination entry. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  10. The winner will be announced on Sunday 10 May 2026 across Sissa Sorella's and partner Instagram and Facebook channels.
  11. The prize consists of:
    1. One pair of shoes for the nominated winner and their nominator, gifted from Sissa Sorella (Up to a value of $300 each) during an in-store shopping experience hosted by Kate from Sissa Sorella and Fiona from Style Liberation;
    2. Hair styling for both the nominator and the nominated person - including a wash, treatment, style and blow dry - at Blonde Poetry, Curtin;
    3. A personal mini wardrobe review session for the nominee, comprising one hour styling the nominee's existing wardrobe plus a half-hour in Sissa Sorella selecting shoes to complement it, provided by Style Liberation;
    4. A professional half-hour photoshoot including both the nominator and the nominated person, provided by Kerrie Brewer Photograper, including five edited digital images.
    5. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
  12. The prize must be claimed and redeemed in full in a single session, on a mutually agreed date, by 30 June 2026. All prize components will be coordinated and delivered on the same day (excluding delivery of edited photographs), with both the winner and their nominator required to attend together. Failure to claim by 30 June 2026 will result in forfeiture.
  13. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  14. Sissa Sorella will make every reasonable effort to coordinate and deliver all prize components as described. In the event that a partner business is unable to fulfil their component of the prize due to circumstances beyond Sissa Sorella's control, Sissa Sorella will endeavour to provide a reasonable alternative but accepts no liability for any failure by a third party to deliver their prize component.
  15. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being collected, stored, and used by Sissa Sorella in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and, where participants have opted in, for Sissa Sorella marketing communications. Participants may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting Sissa Sorella directly.
  16. By winning, the winner and their nominator consent to their first name and general story (without identifying details) being shared by Sissa Sorella and campaign partner businesses across digital channels including social media, email, and website for promotional purposes.
  17. By entering, the winner and their nominator consent to photographs taken during the prize experience being used by Sissa Sorella and campaign partner businesses for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and in email communications.
  18. Sissa Sorella and its campaign partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this competition or the prize experience.
  19. By entering, participants confirm they have the consent of the nominated person to submit their details and story.
  20. Sissa Sorella and its campaign partners reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time without notice.
