Inside, a memory foam footbed and removable insole deliver the cloud-like comfort Softinos are loved for, while the lightweight rubber sole ensures effortless all-day wear. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.  We outsource our delivery of packages to a third party.  Orders are delivered via Sendle (courier) or Australia Post. Orders should arrive to you within 3-14 days, depending on your location (remote locations can take up to 14 days)

You will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia post or Sendle first and quote the tracking number we have provided. Should this fail, please contact Sissa Sorella via email sissasorella@gmail.com and we will assist you in locating your parcel.

Sissa Sorella will not be held liable for stolen or lost parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for shipping and a tracking number is provided. 

EXPRESS POST - We charge $22 for express post sent via Australia Post and a tracking number provided.

Oh these are my favourite shoes of all time. They are stunning and tone in beautifully with so many colours. They just make you feel good when you wear them. Other people notice these shoes and comment favourably every time i wear them out. They are true to size if not slightly generous.
