A Sissahood Announcement from Kate!
There's something Sissahood I want to chat about - something that’s going to affect our lovely Sissa Sorella community in a good way!
Two years ago, we launched the Sissahood Loyalty Program as a way to thank you and bring a little extra joy to your Sissa Sorella experience.
Recently, we invited you all to share your thoughts about our Sissahood in a member survey - and we were honestly blown away by the response.
Over 170 of you took the time to tell us how you’ve been using the program, what you’ve loved, what was confusing and what else you’d love to see.
We were genuinely touched by the care and thought you put into your feedback. It reminded us, once again, just how special this community is. So while parts of the program have worked beautifully, it’s also become clear that the current version isn’t quite doing what we’d hoped.
Before I tell you what we’re doing I just want to give you a little background about The Sissahood. The Sissahood program runs on an online platform that is quite costly to run for a small business like ours, it’s a little tricky to use and manage (for all of us) and not as community-focused or personal as we’d hoped it would be. You overwhelmingly gave us similar feedback in the survey, and we don’t want the technology to get in the way of a more genuine connection so we’ve decided to start work on some really exciting changes to our Sissahood loyalty program. It's time for a refresh!
So, on Saturday 31st August, the current version of the Sissahood will come to an end. You’ll have until then to redeem any points you’ve collected - and we’ve put together a quick video to show you how to check your points balance and apply your discount, if you're not sure. We've made a page on our website HERE.
After that, we’ll be introducing a new and improved Sissahood - one that’s less about platforms, tech and points, and more about connection, community and beautiful Sissa style surprises. Think special invitations to in-store events, early access to sales and new collection drops and little touches that make you feel seen, appreciated and part of something lovely.
You might have also noticed that we’ve also now built seasonal sales into our marketing calendar, so if you’ve enjoyed getting discounts through the current loyalty program, don’t worry. Sissahood members will still get early notice (and first dibs!) on any future sales, amongst other benefits.
So, this isn’t goodbye to the Sissahood, it’s a thank you for trying this with us and the beginning of something even better. And we truly can’t wait to share it with you.
