About the brand: Zinda is a Spanish brand. ZINDA means 'life' or 'being alive' according to Hindu tradition. The company collected that meaning for fresh, vital women, creating shoe collections for dynamic, elegant women that appreciate fashion with comfort. Zinda is committed to the 'Made in Spain' ethos of quality shoe design.  All of the production is based out of Alicante in Spain and each component of the shoe is handmade.  The leathers are sourced from neighbouring countries, Italy and Portugal as well as from within Spain. Zinda is internationally recognised brand, achieved after nearly twenty years of manufacturing and taking their product to the worldwide stage.  

Shipping and Pick Up

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.  Orders are delivered via Sendle (courier) or Australia Post. Orders should arrive to you within 3-5 days, depending on your location.

You will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia post or Sendle first and quote the tracking number we have provided. Should this fail, please contact Sissa Sorella via email hello@sissasorella.com and we will assist you in locating your parcel.

Sissa Sorella will not be held liable for stolen or lost parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for shipping and a tracking number is provided. 

EXPRESS POST - We charge $22 for express post sent via Australia Post and a tracking number provided.
