SissaHood Shoe Protection
Shoe Protection consists of Waproo Stain and Water Protector applied to customers shoes.
As part of our SissaHood loyalty program, we value your loyalty and offer complimentary shoe protection for your Sissa Sorella pieces.
If you are a Canberra local, when you are in store, please request this service when you are in store.
If you are interstate and would like us to waterproof your shoes with Waproo, please add this product to your cart and use your reward to redeem by applying the coupon code at checkout.
Please note:
- Sprayed shoes may smell when they arrive with you. This is only because we have applied the spray, and then boxed the shoes up for sending to you. They just need a few minutes in open air to dissipate the odour.
- This offer is valid to purchases made after the commencement of the loyalty program, 20th September 2023
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. We outsource our delivery of packages to a third party. Orders are delivered via Sendle (courier) or Australia Post. Orders should arrive to you within 3-14 days, depending on your location (remote locations can take up to 14 days)
You will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia post or Sendle first and quote the tracking number we have provided. Should this fail, please contact Sissa Sorella via email hello@sissasorella.com and we will assist you in locating your parcel.
Sissa Sorella will not be held liable for stolen or lost parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.
We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for shipping and a tracking number is provided.
EXPRESS POST - We charge $22 for express post sent via Australia Post and a tracking number provided.
